I agree that Vaughan Touch Football League Inc. (the “VTFL”) and anyone associated with the VTFL will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury or death related to the activities and/or events sanctioned and/or approved by the VTFL (the “activity”) . I know that there are risks associated with the activity and I willingly accept them.  I know that the VTFL is solely responsible for coordinating its operations (including scheduling the activity) and ensuring compliance with its rules.  I agree that it is my responsibility to know and obey the VTFL’s rules and to ensure my own safety while participating in the activity. I confirm that I am physically fit and able to participate in the activity.  I agree to pay for all reasonable costs related to my participation in the activity, including my medical care.
